We are looking for an experienced, independent site manager for a construction project in Tilburg and South-East Brabant. You will be responsible for overseeing the work on site and ensuring that the project proceeds in accordance with the schedule, budget and quality requirements. Your duties will include, amongst other things:
- Co-ordination with subcontractors and suppliers;
- Monitoring the work schedule and logistics on site;
- Identifying additional and reduced work;
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations, so that the building site remains tidy and safe.
