There is an ongoing demand from various clients in and around Eindhoven for self-employed demolition workers, both for complete demolition as part of new-build projects and for demolition work involved in renovation and maintenance. Your duties will include:
- Demolition of buildings or parts of buildings using demolition hammers and other mechanical tools;
- Sorting materials such as concrete, wood and metal for recycling;
- Demolition of walls, floors or installations within existing buildings, taking care to preserve those parts that need to be retained;
- Work in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.

This is what you will bring
- A valid VCA certificate;
- For demolition work on new-build projects, preferably more than one year’s experience; for renovation and maintenance work, preferably several years’ experience;
- For renovation and maintenance work: a good command of the Dutch language.
