If you engage an independent specialist through HR-Groep, we always work on the basis of a clear scope of work. The independent specialist works as an entrepreneur: they determine their own working methods, bear their own risks, use their own tools and materials, and are responsible for their own professional standards.
We comply with the DBA Act and guide you in drawing up a clear and accurate terms of reference. This enables you, as the client, to minimise the risk of bogus self-employment and to work with peace of mind alongside the professionals in our network. We focus not only on ensuring a clear assignment description, but also on adopting a working method suited to collaborating with self-employed professionals.
