We have an extensive network of clients in the construction and engineering sectors. Once we’ve got to know you, we’ll look at which assignments match your experience, availability and rate. We’re often able to act quickly, as we’re in daily contact with contractors and companies.

We use the standard contracts approved by the Tax and Customs Administration. Before an assignment begins, we check whether it is suitable for a self-employed person. In this way, we ensure that the working arrangement complies with the rules of the DBA Act. We also continue to monitor this throughout the assignment.

That’s what we do. HR-Groep ensures clear contracts, accurate record-keeping and that agreements between you and the client are properly documented. So you can simply focus on your work.

Invoices are processed quickly. The standard payment term is 8 working days. Would you prefer to receive your payment sooner? If so, you can opt for an express payment within 3 working days.

You’re an entrepreneur, so you set your own rates. We act as intermediaries during the negotiation process to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Yes. Every self-employed professional at HR-Groep has a personal account manager. This is someone you know, who works with you to find solutions and whom you can call if you have any questions about an assignment, scheduling or admin.

Yes. HR-Groep is certified by the Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA). This quality mark demonstrates that we meet strict requirements regarding administration and legislation and regulations.
